Experience of Tim Laddiman, Chartered Arboriculturist
Professional arboricultural advice to landscape architects, architects, engineers, planners, loss adjusters, insurers, homeowners, property development companies and corporate bodies. Advising on tree safety, pre-development surveys and buildability, impact assessments, TPO appeals, hazard assessments, subsidence and subsidence risk, heave and general areas of advice. Ongoing advice to Surrey County Council covering subsidence risk assessment and proactive advice. Occasional advice to Wealden District Council on informal hearings, tree work appeals, condition assessments for TPO placement and planning advice.
Tim Laddiman has advised on over 400 subsidence claims, reporting to insurers, loss adjusters, engineers and solicitors. Principal provider of subsidence advice to Surrey County Council. Part-time consultant to Wealden District Council. Providing a wide spectrum of advice to developers, planners, engineers, architects and landscape architects.
