Litigation and expert witness testimony is generally a highly specialised service requiring the systematic gathering, documenting and presentation of evidence. Tree owners may need an expert witness for either litigation or for representation in an insurance claim.

Our principal consultant, Tim Laddiman, has dealt with over 500 subsidence and tree root cases and acted for both tree owners and parties whose property has been damaged.
