Landowners, from domestic properties to country estates and Councils, have a Duty of Care to the public and those who may access or use their land.
Proactive inspection of trees can avoid potential litigation and damage to property or people.
Surveys can be tailored to the client’s budgetary requirements and range from single trees in gardens to entire woodland footpath networks and cycle routes.
As independent Consultants we only recommend safety works where considered necessary and prioritise works to assist with budgeting requirements.
Examples of the types of survey undertaken include:
- Individual trees in gardens, business premises, church yards, parks.
- Complete tree assessments across land holding/management areas for Parish, Town and District Councils.
- Site wide safety assessments for schools, both private and public, Universities, outdoor activity/adventure centres.
- Surveys along woodland boundaries, internal path systems and along cycle/footpaths.
